Attendee Conduct Policy

 In order to ensure a successful and enjoyable experience for all participants, please read and adhere to the following rules and conditions:

1. Registration and Identification:

  • Participants must complete the BFM Badge registration process to gain access to the event.

  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required for check-in.

  • Under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

2. Professional Conduct:

  • Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times.

  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Unsolicited promotional materials, spamming, or aggressive marketing approaches are strictly prohibited.
    Participants must respect the privacy and preferences of others regarding communication.
    Any form of spamming, including the distribution of unsolicited emails, messages, or promotional materials, may result in sanctions, including removal from the event.

3. Access and Credentials:

  • Participants must wear their provided event credentials visibly at all times.

  • Access to certain areas may be restricted based on participant type and credentials.

4. Photography and Recording:

  • Unauthorized photography, recording, or live streaming of screenings, presentations, or any other event activities is strictly prohibited.

  • Participants must obtain explicit permission before taking photographs or recording in designated areas.

5. Intellectual Property:

  • Respect intellectual property rights. Do not reproduce, distribute, or use copyrighted materials without proper authorization.

6. Schedule Adherence:

  • Participants are expected to adhere to the event schedule, including session start and end times.

  • Latecomers may be denied entry to certain sessions.

7. Networking and Engagement:

  • Engage respectfully with fellow participants and industry professionals.

  • Any form of solicitation that is not part of scheduled networking events is prohibited.

8. Alcohol and Substance Use:

  • The consumption of alcohol is only allowed in designated areas.

  • The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the event.

9. Security and Safety:

  • Participants must comply with all security measures in place.

  • In case of emergency, follow instructions from event staff and security personnel.

10. Compliance with Laws: - Participants must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

​

11. Exhibition Booths and Promotional Materials: - Respect the designated areas for promotional materials and exhibition booths. - Participants must obtain approval for any displays or promotional activities outside of designated areas.

Failure to comply with these rules and conditions may result in the revocation of event access without a refund.
